Sales Manager Components (m/f/d)

• In this role you will engage with our internal and 3rd party customers to understand their business needs with respect to cryogenic plant components

• You will be collaborating with our Engineering product lines for our proprietary cryogenic component scope

• Further you will handle the client relationship

• You will review and evaluate opportunities and define the proposal strategy

• Developing proposals to offer optimized solutions and negotiating contracts until signature is one of your main tasks

• You will be working together with cross-functional teams to win projects based on high-quality proposals with attractive pricing and schedule

• Additionally you will lead tasks in the field of business development, product and market analysis, win/loss reviews and improvement of our sales tools, channels and processes as needed

• You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of intrinsic motivation

• You are an entrepreneur with a passion to perform as well as a strong facilitator and negotiator

• In addition you have a high affinity to digitalization

• You communicate effectively and have a can-do attitude

• Of course you are customer focused and have a good business competence and strong negotiation skills

• You have a degree in Engineering or combined Engineering and Business Administration

• Moreover you have three years of working experience in Sales and / or Project Management and / or related functions in the EP(C) business

• You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing

• Willingness to travel as needed is a matter of course for you
