Key Account Manager EMEA Distribution - eCommerce, CE & BTQ´s (m/f/x)

The Key Account Manager Online Sales role is accountable for a portfolio of assigned B2B Online customers, to develop business and actively seek opportunities across all the Fossil Group range of products and brands.

Your impact:

  • Assure a sustainable and profitable growth of eCommerce customers within the assigned region
  • Manage existing collaborations with online-shops and marketplaces, with the goal to develop these further, while also seeking out new opportunities with potential new strategic partners in the region
  • Develop the existing online-sales strategy further and assure that negotiated budgets and KPIs are met
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed monthly forecast and be accountable for defined sales targets
  • Give assortment guidance and highlight product opportunities to ensure the best product offers for e-commerce partners
  • Utilizes analytics tools to analyze all channels and activities, generate learnings and use them to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Holds regular account business reviews internally and with key accounts at defined intervals.
  • Support our distribution partners within the assigned region in developing and implementing digital strategies, by executing workshops and sharing best practices
  • Execute customer meetings of key partners regularly


Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in managing key accounts, preferably with lifestyle/fashion online-shops or marketplaces
  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator
  • Fluent in English, German preferred but not a must; Russian would be a plus
  • Profound in Stakeholder Management
  • Strong negotiator with proven experience and ideally formally trained
  • Self-managed, well organized and proactive, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change
  • Knowledge of Online-Marketing tools, e.g. Re-Targeting, newsletter, etc.
  • Highly analytical and knowledge of using different analysis tools, e.g. Google Analytics
