As part of the eCommerce team in Europe, your primary focus will be driving sales and performance on our our Brands sites through best in class merchandising strategies and a data driven mindset. This role will require
collaboration across many functions, both internally & externally with global counterparts, helping to bring digital activations to life. This role is critical to the overall success of the European eCom business by ensuring successful product launches & optimizing the consumer experience on site.
Business Growth & Data Analysis
Hands on delivery of the company’s eCommerce strategy focused on increasing revenue, conversion and engagement for our brands in Europe.
Prepare selling insights on weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal basis to help identify opportunities in the assortment.
Provide input to seasonal buying plans, merchandising and promotional strategies in collaboration with our internal planning and marketing team.
Implement and use data driven decision processes to drive merchandising optimizations.
Site Management and User Experience
Partnering with the Brand team, own and execute content calendars, delivery of global campaigns, product launches, merchandising, content updates.
Lead merchandising strategy, focusing on optimizing the end-to-end customer experience
Enhance product landing pages through merchandising analysis & content optimization to improve product ranking and drive conversion.
Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize user experience & establish a best-in-class merchandising strategy through A/B testing, search results optimization and CRO.
Own and execute the daily publishing and maintenance of all product information on the website.
Operations & IT developments
Management and development of the Pro Account channel, working with different teams on activation strategies and channels.
Management of campaigns and promotions (seasonal sales, discount codes, etc..).
Partner with the IT team to ensure platform stability, addressing technical issues with a focus on business impact and priorities.
Support SEO strategy, inclusive of navigation updates & optimizations across the funnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or similar
3+ years of experience working in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment
Good understanding of performance marketing as well as general marketing knowledge, especially in the outdoor market.
Solid base in numeric analyses & data interpretation.
Experience in the consumer goods industry. Experience in the sporting goods industry or fashion is a strong advantage.
Team-oriented person, with strong communication skills, and the ability to work with different cultures and departments
Very good German and English language skills, Italian nice to have
Ski touring or trail running experiences are a plus.
